Customer Events

    Shoble tracks customer events in real-time to identify B2B opportunities. Each event is automatically associated with an organization and contributes to the lead generation process.

    Event Types

    Shoble captures the following event types from your Shopify store:

    Customizable Scores

    You can adjust the score values for each event type in the Settings panel to better reflect your business priorities.

    Organization Detection

    Shoble uses multiple signals to identify the organization behind each visit:

    • IP Intelligence — Map IP addresses to known business networks
    • Third-party Enrichment — Cross-reference with business databases
    • Own Data Sources — Utilize proprietary data for enhanced accuracy
    • Behavioral Patterns — Identify business browsing patterns

    Use the Events dashboard to filter and search through your captured events:

    • Filter by event type
    • Filter by organization
